Marketplace rules
Last updated: 23 October 2026.
These rules apply to listings, photos, profiles, chats and reviews in every country.
Not allowed
- Alcohol, tobacco, vapes and e-cigarettes.
- Drugs and drug equipment.
- Weapons, ammunition, explosives and parts of them, including replicas that look real.
- Sexual content, nudity and adult services.
- Medicines and prescription products.
- Live animals.
- Counterfeit or fake branded goods.
- Official documents, accounts, licences and personal data (for example ID cards, passports, SIM cards registered to someone, social media or game accounts).
- Stolen goods, recalled or unsafe goods, and anything illegal in the country of the listing.
- Violent, hateful or offensive content, and content against public morals or the values of the community, including the religious values respected in the Gulf.
- Goods or content that infringe someone else's trademark, copyright or other rights.
- Other people's personal data, and photos of people shared without their permission.
- Harmful software, viruses or links meant to damage devices, steal data or trick people.
Honest listings
- Use real photos of the item. Do not repeat one photo to look more complete.
- Say whether the item is new or used and answer the condition questions truthfully. "Not sure" is fine.
- Mention every fault you know about.
- One item per listing, at a real price, in the right category and city.
No false or misleading claims
- No health, medical or miracle claims: do not say an item cures, heals or treats any illness, or promise results that cannot be proven.
- No guaranteed profits or returns, fake certificates or fake reviews.
- The title and description must match the photos and the item. Anything that looks like a real weapon is treated as a weapon, even if it is called a toy, replica or airsoft.
- Every new or edited listing is checked automatically before it appears. Listings that look doubtful wait for a person, who publishes or removes them.
Respect in chats and reviews
No threats, insults, harassment, discrimination, spam or repeated unwanted messages. Do not ask for passwords, codes or payment outside a meeting you agreed. Links cannot be sent in chat, except Google Maps links to agree a meeting place. Reviews must be about the sale and must not be bought, forced or traded.
Reports and what happens next
Anyone signed in can report a listing, a person or a review. A listing reported by three different people is hidden until a person looks at it. We may hide listings, restore them, or limit accounts; serious or repeated abuse leads to a ban, and a banned person may not open a new account. The person who reported is told whether we took action.
Appeals
If you think we got it wrong, write to support@bee3.ai with the listing or account and why. A person who did not make the first decision reviews it.
