How do I post a listing?
Tap Sell, then Post a listing. Choose new or used and the category, add 1 to 8 photos, answer the condition questions, then write the details, or tap "Write it for me" for a draft you can edit. Your listing goes live after a quick photo check.
Why is my listing "In review"?
Every photo is checked before a listing goes live. If something needs a closer look, a person from our team reviews it. You get a notification when it is done.
How long does a listing stay up?
30 days. In the last 7 days you can renew it with one tap from Sell. An expired listing can be renewed at any time.
How do offers work?
Make an offer from the listing or the chat. The seller can accept, decline or reply with a counter-offer. An offer nobody answers expires after 48 hours.
What happens when I sell?
In the chat, mark the item as sold to the buyer whose offer you accepted. The buyer confirms within 7 days or reports a problem. After that you can rate each other. If the sale falls through before the buyer confirms, you can mark the item available again.
Does BEE3.AI handle payment?
No. BEE3.AI connects buyers and sellers; you agree payment and handover yourselves. Meet in a public place and check the item before you pay.
Who can see my phone number?
Only signed-in users, and only if you switch it on in Edit profile. Guests never see it. You can always talk in the app chat instead.
How do I report something?
Use the menu on a listing, a profile or a chat, or the flag on a review. Our team looks at every report and tells you the outcome.
How do I delete my account?
Profile, then Delete account. Your listings, photos and saved items are deleted at once. Messages you sent stay for the other person as "Deleted user".
