Terms of use

Legal terms: terms of use, intellectual property and mediation.

1. Acceptance of the Terms of Use

By accessing BEE3.ai, registering for an account, using any of its services, or listing any product, the user acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions of Use and agree to comply with them.

This acceptance remains binding for as long as the user uses BEE3.ai and benefits from its services.

2. Intellectual Property and BEE3.ai Rights

All intellectual property rights relating to BEE3.ai belong to its owner. These include its name, logo, design, software, interfaces, databases, content, operating mechanisms, and all associated technical elements and systems. These rights are protected under the applicable laws and regulations of the State of Qatar and relevant international agreements.

Without the prior written consent of the owner of BEE3.ai, it is strictly prohibited to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the application, its content, or its systems. Tampering with its data, attempting to breach it, or accessing its encrypted data, databases, or technical systems without authorization is also prohibited.

3. Public Content and Compliance with Laws and Public Morals

All BEE3.ai users must comply with public morals and the applicable laws and regulations of the State of Qatar.

Users must not list, post, or upload content, images, or materials that include, without limitation:

  • Pornographic or indecent images or materials.
  • Content inconsistent with public morals or community values.
  • Images or materials contrary to the teachings and values of Islam.
  • Content involving abuse, defamation, or infringement of others’ rights.
  • Images, materials, or products infringing intellectual property, copyright, trademark, or other legal rights of third parties.
  • Content or products whose trading or advertising is prohibited by law.
  • Content containing malware, viruses, code, or links intended to disrupt the application, harm users, or gain unauthorized access to data.

Users are fully responsible for content they list or publish through BEE3.ai. The application may remove or block violating content and take necessary measures in accordance with the law and these Terms.

4. Product Listings and Marketing Permission

When users list a product, vehicle, good, or service on BEE3.ai, they acknowledge and agree that the application may display its information, images, and data and reuse them for advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes through the application or its affiliated marketing channels, to the extent permitted by law.

Users confirm that they own or lawfully control the rights needed to list the product and provide its images and information to BEE3.ai. They grant the application a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license, sublicensable as needed to operate and market the service, to use, copy, display, reformat, and publish those materials for operation, marketing, and promotion. This license lasts while the content remains on the application or for as long as reasonably necessary for related lawful purposes.

The user alone is responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of the data, the legality of its use, and ensuring that it does not infringe third-party rights.

5. Nature of BEE3.ai’s Role

BEE3.ai is an electronic platform that facilitates communication, mediation, and coordination between sellers and buyers. Depending on the service, it may also coordinate with companies, service providers, and other relevant parties.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, BEE3.ai is not the seller, buyer, or owner of listed products. Listing a product does not transfer ownership to the application.

The listing user remains responsible for the product, its specifications, condition, safety, and the accuracy of information about it, subject to applicable laws and regulations.

6. Accuracy of Information and Responsibility for Products

Users must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information about listed products, and must not provide misleading information or conceal material facts about a product.

To the extent permitted by law, BEE3.ai may edit, suspend, or remove advertisements or content that violate the Terms or applicable laws, are reasonably suspected to be inaccurate, or may harm users or the application.

BEE3.ai does not guarantee that information supplied by users is accurate, complete, or up to date, and is not required to verify every product, advertisement, or party’s identity in advance, unless it expressly announces a specific verification service.

7. No Responsibility for Financial Transactions

BEE3.ai provides its services to users free of charge. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the application assumes no financial obligation or liability to users, sellers, buyers, or other parties for payments or sales and purchases between them.

Any payments, commitments, or financial agreements arising between parties remain the responsibility of those contracting parties. BEE3.ai does not become a party to their transactions merely by mediating or facilitating communication.

8. Limitations of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, BEE3.ai is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or unintended losses or damages, including financial, civil, commercial, or other losses, arising from or related to use of the application or its services.

This exclusion does not apply where the law does not permit liability to be excluded, and it does not affect mandatory statutory rights or guarantees granted to users.

9. Suspension or Termination of Access

To the extent permitted by law, BEE3.ai may temporarily or permanently suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the application or any service if a user breaches these Terms or applicable laws and regulations, or uses the application in a way that may harm it, its users, or third-party rights.

Such measures may also be taken where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, misuse, or a security risk, or at the request of a competent authority, subject to legally required notices or procedures.

Suspension or termination does not release a user from liabilities or obligations that arose beforehand.

10. Consent to Communication and Mediation

By listing a product on BEE3.ai, users consent to the application facilitating communication, coordination, and mediation among parties connected to the product, including sellers, buyers, companies, and service providers, for marketing, completing mediation, or providing related services.

Users must use communication methods available through the application lawfully and respectfully, and must not send nuisance, fraudulent, or unlawful messages.

11. Compliance with Laws

Users acknowledge that their use of BEE3.ai and the products and content they list do not breach any law, regulation, or third-party right.

Users alone bear legal responsibility for the content, information, images, and products they add or display, without prejudice to any responsibilities or obligations imposed on BEE3.ai by applicable law.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

BEE3.ai processes users’ personal data in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the State of Qatar and the application’s Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

The application may collect, process, and use data necessary to create accounts, operate and improve services, communicate with users, protect application security, and comply with legal obligations, in accordance with the grounds and purposes stated in the Privacy Policy.

Users must provide correct and current information and keep their login credentials confidential. They are responsible for activity through their accounts unless it is shown to result from a fault or omission on the application’s part.

Users may not collect, use, or disclose other users’ personal data without a legal basis or required consent. They must promptly notify BEE3.ai if they suspect that login details have been lost or an account compromised.

13. Notices and Communications

BEE3.ai may send notices and communications about services, accounts, or these Terms through the application, email, SMS, or any contact method provided by the user or made available by the application.

A notice is treated as sent and effective from the date it is sent to the contact method registered with the application, unless otherwise established or the law requires a different method.

Users must keep their contact details current. BEE3.ai is not liable for undelivered notices caused by outdated contact information or faults with telecommunications or email providers.

14. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions

BEE3.ai may amend these Terms from time to time, including to add services or respond to legal, technical, or operational changes.

The revised version will be published in the application, on the website, or by another appropriate method, with the last-update date stated where applicable. Amendments take effect when published or on the date specified in the notice, unless the law provides otherwise.

Continuing to use BEE3.ai after amendments take effect constitutes acceptance. Users who do not accept an amendment must stop using the application and close their accounts; obligations arising before closure continue to the extent permitted by law.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Qatar, without affecting mandatory legal rules granting users non-waivable rights or protections.

The competent courts of Qatar, particularly the competent courts in Doha where legally permissible, have jurisdiction over disputes, claims, or disagreements arising from these Terms or use of BEE3.ai and its services, subject to any exclusive jurisdiction or mandatory procedural rules prescribed by law.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, unenforceable, or inapplicable in whole or part, the remaining provisions remain valid and enforceable.

To the extent permitted by law, the ineffective provision shall be replaced by a valid and enforceable provision that most closely achieves its intended legal and economic effect.

17. No Waiver

BEE3.ai’s failure to exercise a right or power under these Terms does not constitute a waiver. Any waiver is effective only if expressly made in writing by an authorized party.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any policies or special terms announced for a particular service constitute the entire agreement between the user and BEE3.ai concerning use of the application. They replace prior understandings or agreements on the same subject unless expressly stated otherwise.

19. Survival of Provisions

Provisions which, by their nature or content, are intended to survive the end of use or account closure remain in effect, including those concerning intellectual property, confidentiality, limitations of liability, dispute resolution, financial obligations, and content-related rights.

20. Contact and Inquiries

Users may direct inquiries, complaints, or notices about these Terms to BEE3.ai through the official contact methods shown in the application or on the website, supplying the information needed to verify and process the request.

21. Effective Date

These Terms take effect on publication or on the date specified in the application and remain effective until amended, replaced, or terminated in accordance with their provisions and applicable laws.

22. Additional terms

The service

BEE3.AI is run by Al Mabeaat Al Thakiya for Services (المبيعات الذكية للخدمات), a limited liability company owned by one person, commercial registration 250257, P.O. Box 637, Doha, Qatar. It lets people post items for sale, browse and search listings, chat, make offers and record sales.

BEE3.AI is a place where buyers and sellers meet. We are not the buyer or the seller, we do not own the items listed, and we do not take payments for items, hold money, offer a payment guarantee or deliver items. Buyers and sellers agree the price, payment and handover between themselves and are responsible for them.

Who can use it and your account

  • You must be 18 or older. If we learn that an account belongs to someone younger, we close it.
  • You sign in with Google or Apple. Keep that account safe; you are responsible for what is done with your BEE3.AI account unless it was caused by a fault on our side. Tell us at support@bee3.ai straight away if you think someone else has used it.
  • One person, one account. Do not pretend to be someone else or a company you do not represent, and do not open a new account to get around a ban.

Fees

Browsing, posting, chatting and making offers are free. Featured is an optional paid service that shows a listing in more places for a set time (BOOST 7 days, PREMIUM and VIP 30 days). The price, the days and the places it shows are shown before you pay. You pay once, through the App Store or Google Play; it does not renew. If a featured listing is sold, removed, hidden or expires, the feature ends and is not refunded, except where the store's refund rules or the law give you a refund. Money for an item always passes between buyer and seller, never through us.

AI tools, translations and Listen

  • Listing helper: it can suggest a category, condition answers it can see in your photos, a title, a description and a price range. Suggestions can be wrong or incomplete. Check and correct them before you publish: you are responsible for what you post. Warranty and the price are always yours to enter.
  • Condition summary: a short paragraph written by AI from the seller's answers, labelled as such. The seller's answers are what count.
  • Translations: listing text can be shown translated into your language. Translations are made by machine, are labelled, and the original is always available. If the translation and the original differ, the original is what the seller said: check details with the seller.
  • Listen: reads a listing aloud with your phone's own voice. It is a help, not a guarantee that every word is right.

Chats, offers and sales

Offers are a way to agree a price; they are not a payment. A seller can mark an item sold to a buyer, and the buyer is asked to confirm. Reviews can only be left after a confirmed sale and must be honest. Links cannot be sent in chat, except Google Maps links to agree a meeting place.

Use chats and contact details only to deal about the listing: no spam, harassment or scams. Meet in safe public places, inspect items before you pay, never send money in advance to someone you do not trust, and never share passwords or one-time codes.

Reports and appeals

You can report a listing, a person or a review in the app, or write to support@bee3.ai. To appeal one of our decisions, write to support@bee3.ai with the listing or account and why you disagree; a person who did not make the decision reviews it. We do not promise to settle every disagreement between buyers and sellers or to recover money lost in a deal.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete account) or as described at bee3.ai/account/delete. What is deleted and what stays is explained in the privacy policy.

Languages

The Arabic and English versions have equal standing; other languages are translations.
